Ordering for a Business
There is no account to set up. Add your company name when you submit your basket and it goes straight to NCC for review, like every order — there is no approval step on your side. Everyone sees the same trade prices. To see all your orders in one place, sign in with your email address and the six-digit code we send you; there is no password.
What “Available to Order” Means
This site never displays live inventory counts. A line marked available to order is one NCC actively supplies — the quantity we can fulfil is confirmed when your basket is reviewed. If a quantity cannot be met, NCC reduces or removes that line during review and you see the change on your order before anything is payable. Quantities are never silently increased.
